A (Very Good) Case of the Mondays

After throwing his company a pretty kick-ass holiday party complete with gifts for significant others and custom new shoes and shirts for employees, Ross Toohey comes into work Monday morning to find out he’s been named as a 40 Under 40 winner by the St. Louis Business Journal.

This comes shortly after 2e Creative was featured as a workplace that is designed to appeal to Millennial talent; he did, after all, just award a trip to Cuba on Friday to an employee as part of an incentive program and welcomed everyone back on Monday with a catered birthday lunch.

In addition to his employees getting to have so much fun, leading his teams to award-winning success is what earned his nomination. Standing with other notable businesspeople in industries ranging from health care and education to transportation and finance, Ross joins the 2017 class of 40 Under 40 carefully chosen individuals from a list of 450 nominations.
