THE CHALLENGE

Design and execute a national sales meeting to inspire a sales force that had taken a “wait and see” attitude in the face of organizational changes.


THE STRATEGY

A National Sales Meeting that launched a “Team Up” initiative showcasing the individual success of sales team members, and shining a light on their importance to company success. The meeting positioned the new leadership as partners and supporters of the sales team as opposed to just being supervisors of direct reports, and brought emotion, personal stories and best practices center stage as opportunities to celebrate and learn from each other.
