Recognizing an urgent need for accessible differentiation, we recommended and developed a proactive approach to disease state education that would guide patients directly to a better understanding of their options and the lenses that are right for them.
We developed a digital disease state education tool that focuses not on features and data points, but on consumer lifestyle (e.g., How do you feel about glasses? What activities do you do around the house?) and the IOL benefits that are most relevant to that lifestyle. This solution empowers, informs, and differentiates for everyone involved in the process.
